Lie Angle Fitting

Choosing the correct lie angle is crucial for accurate putting. If your putter is too upright or too flat, the face will not sit square and your eyes will not be over the line.

The BI 3 Putter is available in three lie angles: 69°, 71° and 73°. Use our fitting chart to determine which angle suits your stance and posture. Stand normally and measure the distance from the ground to your wrist crease—this will correspond to a recommended lie angle.

69° – Suits players with a tall posture and hands high at address.

71° – Our standard fit suits most golfers.

73° – For players with a more crouched stance and hands closer to their body.
